Art Pop Contest - McPherson College

Mrs. Schmidt chose a few of her art students to display their artwork at McPherson College's Art Pop Contest.  It was a neat experience to have her art displayed in an actual art gallery, and it has gotten Cambry thinking about  college options!

The First Big Last

Caiden's final football season came to end, but not before they were district champs (for the first time since 2008 in a double-overtime thriller), regional champs, and sectional runners-up (2nd year in a row).  They played their last 4 games at home, remarkably, and we were so grateful for this successful season.  Caiden had a blast, and he did so many good things - including making the district 1st team on defense and 2nd team on offense.  Way to go, Caiden, we are so proud of your hard work, effort, and leadership on the field! "...Through the water of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit"

Oct. 10, 2021 - Camp Mennoscah A joy-filled day as Caiden, Jacob, Timothy, and Eddie were baptized in the Ninnescah River. Caiden, we are happy that you made the decision to be baptized in the presence of your family, friends, and your church family.  We know it wasn't an automatic decision. It is something you thought about, prayed about (hopefully), and even questioned at times.  May you find comfort, peace, and joy in knowing you have chosen the way of mercy, grace, and love.  You didn't have to earn it, you simply had to accept it as a gift. Your mentor, Weston Hiebert, gave you the following verse to claim on your baptism day: "But when the goodness and loving kindness of God our Savior appeared, he saved us, not because of any works of righteousness that we had done, but according to his mercy, through the water of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit."  Titus 3:4-5
