Christmas Continues!

On Christmas night, we enjoyed a trip to the airport to meet our California family!  We even squeezed in supper at IHOP.  Would you believe that it was the only place open and as busy as can be?  I couldn't believe all the people!  We did finally get everyone fed, and then it was home to the farm for a week of fun! I didn't take too many pictures, but you get the picture - lots of playing, choring, and more playing.  We were blessed with beautiful weather so the walks between Grandma and Grandpa's house and the farm were many! Uncle Treg and Chayce check out the drone Finn and Delaney New towels for everyone! Little Boden - the youngest More Legos RC Car obstacle courses All of the Duerksen Cousins -  ages 15 - 4, and everything  in between!

Christmas Came . . . And Went!

Wow - it's been two months since I posted, and nothing about Christmas.  Good grief - time is flying by this school year!  But I will take time now to rewind a couple of months and fill you in. Christmas Eve: Delaney's class at the Christmas Eve program at church. Cambry survived singing one last time in the program! Our shepherd! Schmidt Grandkids They actually played a duet together! Fitboard! Papa just found out he would be going to the Chiefs game the following day! And Grammy just discovered a new paddle boat is hers! Caiden's newest tool for his toolbox Christmas Morning:  Would you believe these are the only pictures I took on Christmas Day? Delaney's new doll, Camille! Working on the "Grand Hotel" took all day - and it still wasn't finished.  I was impressed by the perseverance on the project! New 3-D pen A new drone - this took some practice!
