July has felt almost as busy as June with lots of activities: JH VB, HS youth service trip, and the Marion Co. Fair - which felt pretty normal this year! It has been good for the kids to participate in activities they enjoy, but I have definitely felt like a taxi-driver this summer! One thing I got started on at home was stripping wallpaper from the entryway, stairway, and the upstairs hallway. It ended up taking about a week to get everything pulled off, then another 2 weeks of mudding and sanding. We are still waiting on painting it a little longer since vacation is coming up! Delaney was able to enjoy almost a full week of VB every morning in Hillsboro. What fun to see her working on skills for an entire week! The youth group left for Rocky Mountain Mennonite Camp to work for a week. Caiden was ready to go, but Cambry was quite unsure.
